“HOLY OTHER” Celebrates love in all forms and its transience. Love comes and goes between us whether platonic, romantic, a passion for a craft or concept, etc. but while it’s with us, it’s a tender and warming feeling that fills us with life. “HOLY OTHER” aims to capture this idea of love in a nondescript representation as a way of communicating passion and love in whatever way it may manifest itself.
Originally designed as a commission for a local DIY music venue named Make Out Music, the image takes the name of the venue and represents it literally, but also pays homage to the passion for music and community.
