“NOTHING” is a piece about feeling less-than, unimportant, hollow, and easily cast aside. The way people choose to treat us with no empathy or regard for our feelings can leave us with a long lasting feeling of inadequacy and emptiness. It’s a wound I’ve been working on healing for a lot of the last year, and will probably continue working on for a lot longer.
